I am contemplating the upgrade (in place) of 2 bathrooms in my home in Yorktown, NY, 10598. I wanted to see if someone could give me some simple options or enhancements (if possible) that might enhance the project and not break the bank. I can provide my own scale drawings and such. I am an engineer but NOT and architect!

I am a NYS Licensed Architect and designer that has had projects in Yorktown Heights, and currently have a project in Purdys, Mohegan Lake and Sommers. Current area projects vary from interior design and lighting design, interior gut renovations for kitchen/pantry and a master suite, as well as a 2 story family room addition and new entrance area.
